Angelo Lorenzetti will definitely leave Modena this summer…

He is a true legend of the club. A man who has brought the last two championship titles to Modena. However, he is not coming back in the next season.

Despite both the players and the fans hoped that Angelo Lorenzetti might change his mind and remain in the club, the Italian coach stayed with his decision to leave the Yellow crew…

“I owe Angelo a big – Thanks. I love him very much and I will forever stay grateful for everything he has done for our club. Some players even started crying in the locker room after he made the final decision to leave. We will continue on separate paths,” said Modena president Catia Pedrini.

Pedrini then got asked if there is a chance that Radostin Stoychev might succeed Angelo Lorenzetti at the bench of Modena. This was her answer:

“We are talking about one of the greatest living coaches… Let’s wait a bit more and see what will happen.”
