GP 2016: First win for Italian girls in Grand Prix race!

The Italian women's volleyball national team have scored the first win at the World Grand Prix tournament.

After losing the first match against the host of the mini tournament, Italian side down Serbia in three sets 3-1 (25-16, 25-19, 29-31, 25-17).

In the first two sets, Serbian side simply couldn’t find the solution for very good Italian girls. In the third set, Serbia managed to stop the rival for a moment and to decrease the score 2-1!

But, in the fourth set, we watched only one team –Italy

Four players in Italy had double digits: Syla 20, Chirichela 17, Diouf 14 and Danesi 14. On the other side, Brakocevic had 15, while Busa and Djerisilo contributed with 12 points each.
