WL 2016: Italy still in race for F6

Italy has celebrated the seventh victory in the Group 1 of the FIVB World League and they are very close to the Final Six in Krakow.

Today in Teheran, they opened the third weekend of the World League with the victory over Argentina 3-1 (25-18, 25-20, 22-25, 25-22).

Lucca Vettori and Osmany Juantorena led the Italian volleyball team with 19 points each while on the other side Alberto Ezequiel Palacios  scored 16 points for Argentina and Nicolas Bruno Martin 12.

Italy is still in the race, the main opponents for the F6 are Belgium and Russia who now have 9 points but the match less than Italy.
