Men’s Volleyball silver medalists from the Rio Olympic Games were guests at the 42nd edition of the Ambrosetti Forum, an annual international economic conference held at Villa d’Este in the Italian town of Cernobbio on the shores of Lake Como. Since it has been established in 1975, the Forum has brought together major Italian and European institutional leaders, ministers, Nobel laureates and businessmen to discuss current challenges to the world’s economies and societies.

Italy head coach Gianlorenzo Blengini, players Emanuele Birarelli and Ivan Zaytsev as well as Italian Volleyball Federation President Carlo Magri proudly presented their silver medals.
Buti
Another member of Italy NT in Rio, Simone Buti, got surprised when he saw about 700 fans in the square of his hometown Fucecchio. Town mayor organized the whole thing in Buti’s honor.
