Korean Air secured its sixth V-League men’s championship with a 3–1 victory over Hyundai Capital in the decisive Game 5 at Gyeyang Gymnasium.

José Massó Álvarez finished with 17 points for Korean Air, while Leonardo Leyva Martínez had 17 for Hyundai Capital, but Korean Air’s more efficient attack helped seal the win.
The victory sealed a perfect finish for the team that won the first two games of the finals series, even after Hyundai Capital forced a Game 5 with back-to-back victories.
Head coach Philippe Blain of Hyundai Capital credited Korean Air’s performance but pointed to lingering frustration over a controversial decision earlier in the series.
