Wibee
Wibee inflicted the sixth defeat to the V-League defending champions Skywalkers in the season – 3-2 (25-21, 27-29, 20-25, 25-22, 15-13). Still, it did not help them to improve their position in the standings – they remained in the penultimate position with 7-9 and 19 points – five points more than the last-placed Ansan OK Savings Bank Rush & Cash. A 21-year-old Hungarian opposite Krisztián Pádár hit 41 points for Wibee, while Moon Sung-Min delivered 30 for the Skywalkers who are currently the second in the standings with 10-6, and 32 points, which is the same number of points that the leaders Daejeon Samsung Bluefangs have but with a 12-4 record.
Gimcheon Korea Expressway Corporation Hi-pass survived a major scare against Incheon Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders on the road – 3-2. The Serbian international Ivana Nešović highlighted the winning side and also the leaders in the standings with 37 points while Jung Dae-Young contributed with 5 kill blocks. Lee Jae-Yeong scored 27 points for the Pink Spiders.
