Serbia head coach Nikola Grbić will not make changes in the roster that competed in the Wagner Memorial and will take the same 14 players to the Qualification Tournament in Bari, Italy. There, Serbia will play the hosts, Australia and Cameroon.
Miran Kujundžić and Božidar Vučićević were crossed out from the preliminary roster, while injuries prevented Marko Podraščanin and Milan Katić to compete in the tournament although there were some indications they might be on the final list.
The 14-player roster of Serbia:
Setters: Nikola Jovović, Aleksa Batak
Opposite hitters: Aleksandar Atanasijević, Dražen Luburić
Liberos: Neven Majstorović, Nikola Peković
Middle blockers: Srećko Lisinac, Petar Krsmanović, Aleksandar Okolić, Stevan Simić
Outside hitters: Uroš Kovačević, Marko Ivović, Nemanja Petrić, Lazar Ćirović.
