JT Marvelous announced that Andrea Drews will join the team for the 2019/20 season.

The 25-year-old opposite hitter was a driving force in the U.S. National Team during its title defense at the FIVB Nations League this summer. Drews was named MVP of the Final Six in Nanjing, China.

She came to the club based in Nishinomiya from the Turkish side Kameroğlu Beylikdüzü Voleybol İhtisas with whom she played the playoff quarter-finals and finished as the third-best scorer in the regular season (384 points).

Drews is currently engaged by her national team at the FIVB World Cup in Japan.
