Sichuan-vs-Jiangsu
By sweeping Sichuan on the road in the first match of the fourth round of the 2019/20 Super League regular season, Jiangsu became the leaders in the charts in Pool D but also No.1 overall.
Led by the Olympic champion Gong Xiangyu, who poured in 18 points, the team from Nanjing inflicted the third defeat of the season to Sichuan (Tang Weidan, 10 points): 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-10). At the same time, Jiangsu reached 4-0 and 12 points, remaining one of the three teams with the perfect record in the league, along with Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai.
