An experienced middle blocker Sol has left Germany’s United Volleys Frankfurt, which was a decision that likely had to do with the fact that this club won’t be playing the next CEV Champions League. A 34-year-old former France National Team member has chosen Hapoel, the most titled club in the Israeli Championship (15 titles), for his new destination.

Sol won two French leagues (Poitiers in 2011 and Chaumont in 2017) and was named MVP of the finals on the first of these two title campaigns. Also, he was awarded Best Middle Blocker of the same competition in 2012.
