In the final of the 2021 Danish Women’s Landspokal Damer, whose Final Four they hosted, Holte IF prevailed over their arch-rivals Brøndby VK by a 3-1 (25-19, 25-20, 19-25, 25-20). Thus, Holte defended the title in the competition and put the 15th cup title in the club’s showcase, 3rd in a row.

It was the Danish Cup final classic given that the two teams met for the title in the competition 7 times since 2011. The Holte outside hitter Mikala Mogensen was named MVP of the final, which was her 3rd successive individual award of a kind. She top-scored her team with 21 points. Sofia Nørager Bisgaard tallied 15 points for Brøndby.
