Al-Arabi – Al-Sadd
In the first playoff, Al-Arabi outclassed Al-Sadd 25-16, 25-23, 25-19, later followed by Al-Rayyan giving a blow to Al-Gharaffa with a convincing 25-21, 25-21, 25-16 triumph.
At the Qatar Volleyball Association hall, Al-Khor gave Al-Shammal another defeat with 26-24, 25-20, 25-17 to add one more in their 17 matches trouncing.
The Qatar Championship ends on March 13. Al Rayyan Sports Club (coached by Ljubomir Travica, and with Phillipe Barca-Cysique) and Al Jeish Sports Club (with Robert Horstink) are battleing for the throne.
