Sliedrecht – team
After winning the second set after forty minutes on the clock the home team already started celebrating the new title. Both the players and the audience were in a great mood. Especially having in mind that Sliedrecht Sport didn’t have a good period, but with two games remaining they claimed the trophy.
“For a team it is difficult to remain champion. We have done it. On the other hand we have collectively failed in the semi-finals of the cup. It is a great achievement to be the league champion” Appie Krijnsen said.
