Besiktas with trophy
Besiktas started out on Friday by edging Zeleznikar LAJKOVAC of Serbia (25-16, 25-17, and 25-18) before on Saturday hosts C.S.M. LUGOJ of Romania also cruised past their opponents from Serbia in straight sets (25-23, 25-17, and 25-16). On Sunday Besiktas rounded out the competition besting the local heroines in straight sets (25-11, 25-22, and 25-14) to complete the tournament with an impeccable record.
