Lauren Bertolacci will be the new head coach of the Switzerland Women’s Volleyball National Team.
As a consequence of failing to reach the Round of 16 at the 2021 CEV Women’s EuroVolley, the Swiss federation (Swiss Volley) decided not to renew its contract with the head coach Saskia van Hintum.
The successor of the Dutch expert has been confirmed – it will be Lauren Bertolacci, the head coach of the country’s women’s top division club Viteos NUC (also known as Neuchâtel). The Australian coach has already left a significant mark on Swiss women’s volleyball, commanding Neuchâtel to win the last two national titles and lead the ongoing championship.
