In an intense quarterfinal matchup of the Croatian Women’s Volleyball Super League, Kelteks and Marina Kaštela have both secured their places in the semifinals, repeating their success from the previous season. Kelteks, despite losing their second leg match against Osijek 1-3 in Karlovac, managed to win the decisive golden set 15-8 after a hard-fought 126-minute game. Kelteks had previously won the first leg in Osijek with a 3-0 victory, forcing the golden set to determine the semifinalist.
In the other quarterfinal, Marina Kaštela triumphed over Ribola Kaštela with a 3-2 victory in a thrilling 140-minute battle. After winning the first two sets, Marina Kaštela faced a strong comeback from Ribola but ultimately clinched the win in the fifth set, securing their semifinal spot.
Kelteks will face Mladost, and Marina Kaštela will go up against Dinamo in the semifinal matches scheduled for Wednesday, April 10th.
