Montenegro did not win any single set out of six matches in the Pool but on Sunday was able to keep the score very tight up to 20:18 in the first set especially via the contribution of Jelena Cvijovic in attack and via the services of Nikoleta Perovic.
Still France stepped up in set 2 with Anna Rybaczewski and Hélène Schleck to cruise to a speedy 25-13 and things got even worse for Montenegro in set 3 where France was powered by their star Christina Bauer for an impressive 15:2 that paved the way for the final 25-10.
