Serbian Super Cup
Crvena Zvezda is so far the only double winner of the Super Cup Serbia. In the second edition of the Super Cup Champion of Serbia, Crvena Zvezda defeated Vojvodina NS Seme, the actual winner of the Serbian Cup after just three sets.
After dominated the first set, Crvena Zvezda is with more difficulty get the second set, in which the team from Novi Sad managed to compete, but only to second technical time-out.
In the third set, Vojvodina NS Seme led to half of the set, when the “red-white” from Belgrade reverse the score and finish the match.
Svetlana Smiljanić, member of the Executive Board of Wiener Städtische, gave a special plaque “Super Cup Serbia” players and members of the professional staffs of Crvena Zvezda and Vojvodina NS Seme.
Nenad Golijanin, first vice president of the OSS, handed the captain of the Crvena Zvezda Mihajlo Mitic, trophy for the winner of II Super Cup Serbia 2012th.
Match in the hall “Šumice” watched the 500 spectators, and referees were Goran Gradinski and Dragutin Cuk.
Super Cup match watched also Igor Kolaković, head coach men’s national team of Serbia with the company of Andrija Gerić, former national player and Miljana Grbović, conditioning coach of Serbia national team.
