“We haven’t shown our power yet. In each project at the beginning, there are some difficulties and moments in which you have to focus on your own game and work. We must work on many elements. I liked our last game, we fought until the end I would like to see us playing like that. We were losing 21:23 in the third set but we won it,” says Lukasz Zygadlo, for WP Sportowefakty.
Many people think this team is able to make good things this season?
“We will do everything to play the best. Our goal is to play the Champions League next year. In a game against Zaksa we were under pressure of making a good result. We had some good moments and I think we could even win a set or two. It was our first game and we knew we could afford more. We will work more to improve.”
It’s been a long time since the last game of Lukasz Zygadlo in Plusliga. In the season 2007/2008, he represented the colors of Zaksa. Later, he performed outside of Poland.
“Eleven years have passed since the moment I came to Zaksa for one season. I am not hiding that I wanted to come back to Poland. I hope and believe that it will be a good return. This is a completely different league. Looking at the halls, the whole organizations, it’s like heaven and the earth. It’s fun playing in such organized places,” says Zygadlo.
