The champions ZAKSA controlled the situation throughout the entire match of Round 18 of the 2019/20 PlusLiga regular season against the visiting side of Czarni and ultimately triumphed without losing a single set: 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-21). It was a very important clash for both teams. The hosts fought to come back to the top spot in the charts, while Czarni needed to take points to step into the play-off zone. Hungarian Árpád Baróti led ZAKSA with 14 points, which he collected with a 75% attack (12/16). Karol Butryn scored 19 points for the losing side.
Jastrzębski Węgiel achieved a hard-fought win against Ślepsk Malow Suwałki to firm themselves at the No.4 in the charts.
