ZAKSA beat Skra by a 3-1 (22-25, 25-21, 25-17, 25-23) in the big match of the third round of the 2020/21 PlusLiga regular season.
It was a duel of the two teams who won all national championship in the last four years – ZAKSA three times and Skra once. The Bełchatów team failed to take revenge on the titleholders for a defeat in the Super Cup, at the beginning of September.
Łukasz Kaczmarek scored 19 points for the winning side, while Kamil Semeniuk was superb in the service (5 aces). Jakub Kochanowski made 4 blocks. Bartosz Filipiak tallied 25 points for Skra. ZAKSA are at 3-0, while Skra have one win and two losses.
