Sunday brought the hit of the 2020/21 Polish Women’s TAURON Liga regular season: ŁKS – Developres 3-2 (25-27, 25-23, 25-22, 24-26, 15-12) in 2 hours and 45 minutes. The match was valid for the 19th round.
Both teams have participated in the CEV Champions League this week but were eliminated from further competition, so are now left to fight for the trophies at home. With this win to which they were led by Serbian Katarina Lazović (28 points) and Joanna Pacak (4 blocks), ŁKS further strengthened in 3rd position in the charts and came to 3 points behind today’s rivals and also vice-leaders Developres – for whom Canadian Kiera Van Ryk notched 32 points and Gabriela Polańska set up 6 blocks – and leaders E.LECLERC MOYA Radomka Radom.
