POL W: Chemik storm past Radomka at start of playoff semifinals

No.3 Grupa Azoty Chemik Police swept regular-season vice-champions E.LECLERC MOYA Radomka Radom in Game 1 of the 2020/21 Polish Women’s Volleyball Championship playoff semifinals.

The titleholders Chemik won the first semifinal match of the 2020/21 Polish Women’s TAURON Liga playoffs against Radomka by a 3-0 (25-23, 25-20, 25-17).

These two met in the semis of the national championship for the first time ever. The regular season vice-champions resisted 6-time Polish champions only in the first set. Serbian Jovana Brakočević-Canzian highlighted the winning side with 19 points, while  Paulina Maj-Erwardt was amazing in reception (92 %, 12 digs, 67 % perfect).
