“Both Asseco Resovia and Zaksa KEDZIERZYN-KOZLE have similar chances of winning the championship of the PlusLiga. I think that a lot of Polish fans also wish the rivalry ended after five games. I would not mind if every meeting lasted five sets” says the Olympic and world champion Ryszard Bosek.

Teams starts the competition on Sunday in Kedzierzyn-Kozle. The game ends when one team gets three wins.

According to Ryszard Bosek both teams have similar potential.Asseco Resovia and Zaksa have experienced setters. Pawel Zagumny not yet won the Polish championship and I think this fact will not cause him additional stress” says Ryszard Bosek.

In his opinion, the attackers of Asseco Resovia and Zaksa are similar class. “In the season Jochen Schöps and Antonin Rouzier checked in difficult situations. They have a very good substitutes” said Ryszard Bosek.

According to Ryszard Bosek defending champion has the edge in the middle. “The Asseco Resovia blockers are great players” said Ryszard Bosek.

Olympic and world champion added that the results of games can determine the concentration. “Two or three effective services to gain an advantage. Both Asseco Resovia and Zaksa have players who can not only hit hard but also serve tactically” Ryszard Bosek ended.

The first two matches of the playoff final of the PlusLiga will held on Sunday (start 16.30) and Monday (18.00) in Kedzierzyn-Kozle.

The third meeting is scheduled for April 13. Possible fourth and fifth matches will be 14 (Rzeszow) and 20 April (KędzierzynKoźle).
