This means that the Argentine colony in PlusLiga spreads, because another player from that country who will have the opportunity to present his skills is Jose Luis Gonzalez. The 29-year-old opposite, measuring 2.06m, spent last season in the Greek league. Behind him is a call to the national team of Argentina in the World League in 2007.
Another acquisition of BBT is Serbian Miloš Stojković. The 26-year-old receiver has also played in the Greek League in recent years, for Olympiakos Piraeus and Panathinaikos Athens. He has an episode in the Serie A1 in the season 2006/2007 in Macerata with whom he had won the championship and the Italian Super Cup. In European competition he was also wearing the colors of Hypo Tirol Innsbruck.
To recall, before those two, the new players of the BBTS Bielsko-Biała were Maciej Fijałek who spent the last season in Kęczaninie Kety, Grzegorz Kokociński (former Effector Kielce player) and Bartosz Buniak who moved to the newcomers in PlusLiga from Cuprum Lubin.
In the circle of interest of the BBTS is still, among others, a player from Belarus. The full line-up of Bielsko-Biała will probably crystallize until the end of July, and preparations for the new season of the coach Bułkowski’s proteges, will begin on August 5.
