Arkadiusz Gołaś
The sports hall at the street Mściszewskiej 10 will organize memorial tournament in honor of Arkadiusz Gołaś.
It will bring together four teams of PlusLiga: ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Delecta Bydgoszcz, Skra Bełchatów and AZS Częstochowa.
It means that this weekend fans in the city based in Poznań County can expect to see really big stars of Polish and foreign volleyball, both among players and coaches.
Arkadiusz Gołaś was member of the Polish national team between 2001 and 2005, participant at the Olympics in 2004 and triple vice champion of Poland as a member of AZS Częstochowa, one of the teams who will play at this tournament.
He died in 2005, at the age of 24, in a car accident near Klagenfurt, Austria.
