The two-time Polish women’s volleyball club champions Grupa Azoty Chemik Police have signed a contract with the Brazilian setter.
Naiane Rios, the periodical Brazil National Team member, will play outside her home country for the first time in her career. A 26-year-old setter strengthened Poland’s Chemik, coming from Osasco São Cristóvão Saúde with which she won a bronze medal in Superliga last season.
Naiane has performed for the main squad of the ’Seleção’ in 2016 and 2017 and won the gold medal at the FIVB World Grand Prix and Montreux Volley Masters in 2017. From time to time, she gets summoned on extended lists of the national team of Brazil.
