Trefl Gdańsk wrapped up the 29th round of PlusLiga with a tough 0-3 loss to Steam Hemarpol Norwid Częstochowa. The visiting team had already secured a spot in the playoffs and currently sits in eighth place, while Trefl remains in 11th.
Despite a solid effort, Gdańsk couldn’t keep up with Norwid’s efficiency in attack and made more unforced errors (20 vs. 12). Jakub Jarosz (14 points) and Paweł Pietraszko (10) led the scoring for Trefl, but it wasn’t enough to stop Norwid’s Patrik Indra (20) and Bartłomiej Lipiński (14) from taking control of the game.
Final score: Trefl Gdańsk – Steam Hemarpol Norwid Częstochowa 0:3 (23:25, 18:25, 22:25).
