Poland’s volleyball team is deep in preparations in Zakopane ahead of the FIVB Men’s World Championship 2025, which kicks off in September in the Philippines.
Head coach Nikola Grbić has trimmed the roster to 16 players, with Bartłomiej Bołądź and Mateusz Poręba missing out on the next phase of training.
“I sincerely thank Bartek and Mateusz for their months of hard work. Their commitment and effort were key in winning the Volleyball Nations League gold medal earlier this season,” said Grbić.
Although left out of the main group, both players remain available and could be called back should injuries affect the squad.
