How was it during your first days in Poland?
“It was nice. My first week in Bydgoszcz was very fun, I had time to discover city, kind of figure out the people, the culture, find my apartment. All in all, it’s always fun to have a new beginning.”
Is coach Vital, what you thought he was?
“He is such an interesting person even outside of volleyball, but he has an amazing passion for our sport. It’s unmatched, he get’s so fired up with every point it’s what it’s all about. His practices are well organized and planned we only have to listen to what he says and everything will pan out just fine. Unfortunantely we lost our first game but I think it’s on us (players) more than on coach Heynen.”
