POL W: Impel uses medical transfer right to hire Polish Junior NT libero

Polish Women’s Volleyball Championship member Impel Wrocław took advantage of the so-called medical transfer, which is allowed in exceptional cases, to hire a player after the closure of the transfer window.

A 18-year-old Maria Stenzel, libero of the Polish Junior National Team, came to Impel in place of injured Agata Sawicka. Stenzel started the season in Division 2 team SMS PZPS Szczyrk and will immediately gain the right to compete in OrlenLiga.

As for injured Sawicka, she underwent surgery of the joint and will begin with the rehabilitation process.
