It will be a good opportunity for the fans to say goodbye to a living legend of Polish volleyball.
“I think that it will be the right moment to finish the career. I’ve always played to reach the highest goals and I will play the last game in the same way,” says Gacek.
Piotr Gacek played his first professional game on 26 October, 2002. He won two golden medals, three silvers and three bronze medals in the national championships, five Polish cups and played in the finals of the Club World Championship, Champions League and Cev Cup. Since 2005, he was a member of Polish national team, winning the silver at the World Championship and gold at the European championship.
