For the fourth time in the club’s history Volley Amriswil Elite won the National Cup of Switzerland. And until now they secured two out of three trophies this season. (Super Cup and Cup).

This year in front of 2750 spectators, they have defeated last-year winner Volley Nafels 3-1 (23:25, 25:21, 25:13, 25,15).
Last time Amriswil won this competiton was five years ago also against Nafels.
Award for the Best Player belongs to Canadian setter Josh Howatson (Amriswil).
