In the interview for sportowefakty.wp.pl, Konarski admitted that he is leaving the country.
“I have decided to pack my bags and to try something else after playing 9 years in Poland. The financial side of the story was also very important. It was the offer which comes just once in a lifetime and I could not turn it down. I keep my fingers crossed for further successes of Zaksa. I want to thank everyone in the club for the past two years. They are fantastic people and I consider them as part of my family. Also, many thanks to our fans for the love and support they showed me during all this time.”
