ONICO Warszawa prevailed against Dafi Społem Kielce with many difficulties in Round 21 and got back to the second place in the Plus Liga standings, 3-2 (25-15, 23-25, 25-21, 15-25, 15-10).

Kielce, who remained in the relegation zone by losing today, nearly took advantage of the fact that Warszawa missed two starters, Bartosz Kwolek and Jan Nowakowski. But, they did not count on a very good display of Kwolek’s replacement Guillaume Samica. The French veteran outside hitter was named MVP of the match, finishing as the second best scorer of his team (15 points, 3 kill blocks). The Macedonian Nikola Gjorgiev topped Warszawa with 20 points, while Andrzej Wrona made 82% attack (9/11). Jakub Wachnik poured in 24 points (4 aces) for Kielce.
