It was his return home, since he lived 10 minutes from the hall.

– It seemed that the match would go according to the volleyball truth that whoever does not win 3-0, loses 2-3 … But it did not happen. Why?

We did not play smoothly. In the first two sets we presented poorly, AZS Politechinka used it immediately. They took a risk that paid off for them. We, however, were much worse. When it was 2-2 in sets we were hoping that we can win the tie-break. We made too many mistakes, and I think it had an impact on the final outcome of this meeting.

In your position there are very experienced players. Does it frustrate you that you are their substitute in most of the games?

It seems to me that I play a lot, and each of us has the opportunity to present. I also recently had a chance to play, I am very happy. I think you need to understand these situations. If you want to be in a strong team, which has a lot of great players, you must be aware of the conditions. But you just wait your turn and use the opportunities that you get.

– In recent years, the PGE Skra changed their personnel. Does this situation affect the atmosphere in the team?

Of course it is sad that our colleagues, to whom we have already grown accustomed to leave the club. Dante Boninfante came ant it will surely fit the team.

With what do you associate the matches played in the capital?

This is my home. I’ve always said that as a small boy I came here and watched the games. I wanted to play here. Now I have the opportunity, in front of family and friends, and also very close to home, since I live only ten minutes away from the hall (smile).
