Kuzbass is the team that holds the second position after beating Yenisey Krasnoyarsk in straight sets 3-0 (25-22, 25-23, 25-23). Viktor Poletaev was the best scorer with 21 points.
Fakel didn’t manage to make a complete turnaround against Ural Ufa. They were trailing by 2-0, afterward, they tied the score in sets 2-2 but after an amazing battle in the tie-break, Ural won the game 3-2.
Evgeniy Ribakov had a great display, finishing the game with 33 points, while Egor Klyuka had even better performance with 40 points.
Belogorie now have the same score as Fakel, after defeating Gazprom Yugra in four sets away 25-23, 25-23, 22-25, 25-18. Denis Zemchenok led the team from Belgorod with 19 points.
