The French volleyball superstar Ngapeth is recovering from the COVID-19 infection in the Infectious Disease Hospital in Kazan. The news that Zenit-Kazan player is among nearly 268,000 people across the globe (at the moment) who got ill from coronavirus spread with the speed of lightning. Ngapeth sent a message from the hospital that his club published on social media. And, it’s encouraging!

“I tested positive for COVID-19 a week ago now. The hardest part is behind me, I spent 3 complicated days but it’s now over, I’m leaving the hospital in a week. All of you stay at home, it doesn’t just happen to others,” a two-time FIVB World League MVP reminded the world how coronavirus can be dangerous.
