RUSSIAN CUP M: Zenit St. Petersburg permitted to return to competition, will host F4

The Final Four of the 2020/21 Russian men’s volleyball Cup will be held on the ground of the team that has been suspended from the competition at one point.

The city of Saint Petersburg and a club that plays as a host in it, Zenit, were awarded the organization of the Final Four of the 2020/21 Kubok Rossii for men. The tournament will be held on December 24-26. Thus, Zenit got the direct ticket to the Final Four despite the fact they were removed from the competition at one point.

Also, the composition of the semifinal pools has been determined.

POOL A (Khanty-Mansiysk): Lokomotiv, Enisey, Belogorie, Yugra-Samotlor.

POOL B (Kazan): Zenit-Kazan, Fakel, Gazprom-Yugra, Ural.      

POOL C (Moscow): Kuzbass, Dinamo Moscow, Dinamo-LO, ASK.
