Russia’s Zenit-Kazan announced that Ngapeth resumed training with the team.

As previously reported, one of the best players in the world didn’t fly back with the team from Berlin after the 2021 CEV Champions League tournament. Zenit officially explained that Ngapeth had to go to his home country due to family reasons but didn’t mention what media reported – that he went without the club’s permission.

So, with a 29-year-old outside hitter in the squad, the team from the Tatarstan region is preparing for the Final Four of the Russian Cup, which will take place on December 25.
