“I have very good impressions from the first weeks I have spent here in Moscow. Even though I do not always get the chance to play I can also help the team in many other ways and especially in our training sessions” Popovic says. “You can always support your team also during time-outs by cheering up your mates and giving advice. So I am very happy and feel comfortable with my team. I think that the last game we played in the Russian league showed our attitude and spirit. We are ready for this match with PIACENZA. I used to play in Italy so I know some of their players quite well. They have a good team and most of their players are very experienced, so they are likely not to lose their focus and concentration. But we also have a great team. We will continue the hard work of the last days and prepare for this showdown by analyzing the Italians and their play. Everything will be fine, I am sure” – concluded Sanja Popović.
