Lokomotiv hosted Belogorie in the first match of the sixth round of the 2021/22 Russian Men’s Volleyball Championship.
In the first match of the sixth round of the 2021/22 Men’s Superliga Parimatch that was held in Novosibirsk, the home side of Lokomotiv beat Belogorie. The ‘Railmen’ were stronger than their opponents in three sets and this victory was their sixth in as many games in the Russian Championship. Furthermore, Lokomotiv didn’t concede a single set so far! The most productive players of the match were Serbian Dražen Luburić and Ilyas Kurkaev, both on the winning side, with 16 points each. The latter scored his points through a 75% attack (12/16, two errors).
