After information that Ekaterina Orlova, Olga Fateeva and Yulia Podskalnaya will sue club for unpaid salaries and bonuses, Volero Zurich has announced that it may also summon Omichka in front of the FIVB.
Apparently, Russian club has not paid the transfer of Nancy Carillo from the last year.
“I know that Omichka has not even fully paid Nataliya Mamadova, who arrived in our club last summer. Of course that we have already discussed the situation with Omichka officials. They admitted the debt, but they also declared that they are in no position to settle it. We talked with them again and prepared a debt restructuring scheme, but there were no action from the other side. If we don’t see a progress until the end of October we will have to call FIVB to resolve this situation” said Stav Jacobi, president of Volero.
