Dresdner played a poor game of the last round against Pool C leader and lost in straight sets – 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-18).
Still, it might go to the playoff as the second best third-ranked team in group phase because of the better win-loss ratio comparing to Omichka Omsk and Rabita Baku. All three teams collected 7 points.
But, it all depends on the game between VK AGEL Prostějov and Dinamo Kazan. The Czech team still has a chance!
Dinamo Moscow had Nataliya Obmochaeva with 21 points while in Dresdner, Lisa Izquierdo scored 14.
