“Alexander Volkov is working individually and Zenit would like to continue cooperation with the middle blocker. The contract has not been offered yet but we are interested in his return to the team” says the vice-president of the team from Kazan, Ilham Rakhmatulin.
Zenit has four middle blockers for the season 2015/2016 – Nikolay Apalikov, Andrey Ashev, Alexander Gutsalyuk and Ivan Demakov.
