Zenit vs. Halkbank
Excellent news. The game between HalkBank Ankara and Zenit Kazan will be played on Wednesday evening (18:00 CET), as Russian side confirmed they will come to Turkey!
“The situation is now much better and Zenit Kazan will fly to Ankara, Two weeks ago the situation was different, because of safety concerns. But, now the whole atmosphere is much more relaxed, so we decided that Zenit will go to Ankara” said Stanislav Shevchenko, the President of the Russian Volleyball Federation.
Recall that two weeks ago Dinamo Moscow and Belogorie Belgorod did not play their games against Turkish clubs, due to strained relations between two countries.
