This is the full letter:
“We write you to confirm the decisions about the games between Arkas – Belogorie and Zirratbank – Dinamo Moscow, scheduled for the 1st and 2nd of December. CEV was disappointed that Russian clubs did not travel to Turkey, but we recognize the reasons. Therefore, Dinamo and Belogorie will not be excluded from the competition, but will suffer forfeit defeats for not showing up on the games, according to the competition rules. We hope that you will understand our decision, and we now consider this case closed.”
