“We played at home in front of our favorite fans. Many thanks to them because there were no unpleasant situations. Out on the court, I made a surprise not only to the fans, but also to myself. I learned about it last night (night before the game). I talked with the coach and we mutually made the decision. Yesterday, I tried to train and realized that I could go on the court and help the team. I felt confident, so there was no risk,” Kosheleva said on appearing on the court (entered as substitute in Set 3) for the first time after February 14.
“There aren’t any emotions to share after such match (smiling). We are, of course, extremely happy. Even though the final score is 3-0, you shouldn’t think that it was an easy win for us. It was not. We had to fight through to the end. And I’m happy that we won. Special thanks to our fans. It was incredible! Such crowded stands made us win! I really want to see such full stands for every match we play here,” Krasnodar’s coach Konstantin Ushakov stated.
