“Coach is one of the main figures in sports in general. I think that the players make a good coach. He needs to be a motivator, a psychologist…His duty is to help the players overcome some difficult moments. When we talk about Alekno, he gives us a freedom in a game. He is democratic coach. Sometimes, he will punish you if you are not listening. It all depends on the performance in the game. It is important when coach supports you,” says Mikhailov.
