“Everything went in a good direction regarding my participation at Rio Olympic Games. The season in Dinamo was at a good level and I was a member of Russia at the Olympic Games Qualification tournament in Berlin. I was close to return to Zenit that summer, according Vladimir Alekno the contract was ready. When we talk about departure from Zenit in 2013, it was my decision. I made mistake and the situation has not gone in my favor,” admits Obmochaev.
